There are 3 easy, convenient ways you can request a change to your policy.
1. Please print, complete, & sign our “Change Request Form”. Once completed, please email or fax it to your agent at his/her office.
or
3. You’re also always welcomed to stop in at any of our locations to make changes to your auto insurance policy.
Although OnGuard Insurance doesn’t charge a fee to service or make changes
to your policy, your auto insurance premium may be affected by the changes
requested. Coverage should not be considered bound and in effect until
confirmation is received by your company. For more detailed information,
